This focus on others started in the auto repair industry. David ran an auto repair business for fifteen years before getting into real estate. Through this interaction with the public, David learned to relate to customers and help others with his level of knowledge. David saw a great need for bilingual real estate sales associates. David jumped right in doing very well his first year, including winning many awards for his service.

More than seven years later, his commitment along with his knowledge has only grown. David is a fluent Spanish speaker that has earned the accreditation of being a Buyer Representative and certified New Home Sales Representative from the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council. He is also well trained in home inspections and in the mortgage industry. This education and skill has served his clients well in the research and purchase of their new home.
