The agents at Tramco are constantly at work finding new buying opportunities for clients. In today's world of numerous foreclosures, short sales, and financing challenges it takes an agent who specializes in this market to have the best advice for potential buyers. A savvy agent also needs to know the areas that command the highest and best rental dollars that will potentially have the least amount of vacancy so that cash flow is maximized.
Agents are trained to ask each potential investor buyer a series of questions that will analyze the buyers' priorities. Investment tools such as 1031 exchanges are available and clients will be given information on facilitators of exchanges and title companies that have experience in these transactions. Financing options are constantly being updated to keep a potential buyer up- to- date with his best options. Licensed inspectors are recommended to ascertain the condition of a property being purchased and home warranty information is made available. Tramco charges no fee to clients for these ser vices. If a client is successful in negotiating a purchase through Tramco, a real estate commission paid by the seller is Tramco compensation. Tramco management ser vices are available after the purchase if the client chooses, but not required.
